The use of drones is regulated by national legislation. The Civil Aviation Authority and the Sea Shore Act (21 of 1935) have regulatory restrictions and prescripts on the use of drones and the Mossel Bay Municipality abides by these regulations. The amendments to Mossel Bay's public nuisance by-law in April 2023 address the likely nuisance for our residents by the indiscriminate use of drones.

Mossel Bay Municipality appreciates the use of modern technology and
underscores the valuable role that drones may play, within the framework of the stated legislation, in the fight against crime, community safety, environmental conservation and tourism.

The amendments however prevent the indiscriminate use of drones, therefore providing law enforcement officers with a framework to act on complaints against those whose drones may cause a nuisance to others.

Indeed....... Proven over and OVER again HOWEVER if offered the opportunity of being the Wingman of a Squadron Leader, I will launch at the opportunity - watch this space........

Truely Blessed and extremely humbled in that I have been afforded the opportunity of conducting an Aerial Survey up the East Coast, far far up coast, for a Johannesburg based Consulting Engineering Company FOLLOWED by a sizeable Aerial Survey in Kokstad. Apart from my Beast's Capabilities - Now with RTK on ALL Fronts - NTRIP / Local NTRIP / Established Home Base Station AND National NTRIP TrigNet Web assuring cm Accuracy.........The afore-mentioned is further testament to MY professionalism, capabilities, continuous client liaison and Service Delivery second to NONE...........communication being the name of the game
