Customers have access to their profiles via the amazon app, website, Alexa and in-store. It’s utilising social media and every multi-channel approach for that single customer experience. Omnichannel approaches have incredible benefits: according to experts, businesses that employ an omnichannel approach are “experiencing more user engagement and retention and they’re also experiencing an increase in how often consumers make a purchase and an increase in how much they’re spending.”
