AtBalance - Masterson Method Certified Practitioner & Massage Specialist

So important to have healthy muscle & fascia function🐎🏃

🐴 Prevent. Support. Perform. 💪
Bodywork shouldn’t only happen when something goes wrong.

Routine bodywork helps identify restrictions and areas of tension early, supporting better movement, comfort, mobility and performance while helping reduce the risk of injury.

Whether it’s your horse or yourself, the goal is the same: don’t wait for a problem to need fixing — invest in keeping the body working at its best.

✨ Proactive care. Better movement. Long-term performance.

✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR ✨

I’m excited to share that I’m combining my pages into one space — bringing together my passion for Equine Performance Bodywork and Human Remedial Sports Massage under one roof. 🐴🤍

🧘‍♀️ Recovery, mobility & performance support

What a successful Weekend Seminar!

Well done to you all 🐎

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the T.E.D clinic led by Yogi Sharp, The Equine Documentalist.

It was a fantastic learning experience. I was impressed to see all the professionals in the industry and dedicated owners who came together to enhance their knowledge for the welfare of horses.🐴

Thank you to everyone involved that made this clinic possible.

Don't miss out!

When my helper decides his friends releases are far too good, and he decides it's nap time!🐎

Well done to all my clients that competed at Gauteng Champs this past weekend! 🐎
