Here are some highlights from the weekend. This was a dinner we did in Waterfall Estate.

Sole and Snoek Terrine infused with Beetroot, topped with Wholegrain Mustard, Apple Salad and Caviar.

Springbok Carpaccio Served with grapes, feta, crispy greens, and croutons.

Cheese Course, Brie Cheese served with Ginger Mint Syrup and Savoury Toasted Nuts.
