However, we also recognize that circumstances change, and if for any reason you are unable to join us for the rescheduled event, we will honour refund requests made within 7 days from the date of this notice.

It is with a heavy heart that Kremetart announces the postponement of the race, originally scheduled for 9th of September 2023, due to unavoidable road works on the cycling route and the withdrawal of our valued sponsor. Our commitment to delivering a safe and top-quality race experience remains unwavering, and we want to assure all participants, sponsors, and cycling enthusiasts that this decision was not made lightly.

The road works present a safety concern for our riders, and as a responsible race organizer, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all involved. Simultaneously, the withdrawal of our sponsor has prompted us to reevaluate and enhance the overall race experience, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards that our participants have come to expect. The integrity of the race is of utmost importance, and we are not prepared to host a substandard race.

Amidst these challenges, we bring exciting news of possible new developments and opportunities for Kremetart. We are actively exploring ways to elevate the race to new heights, offering an even more thrilling and memorable event. We understand that the postponement might be disappointing, but we firmly believe that this extra time will allow us to create an extraordinary experience that exceeds your expectations.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSTPONEMENT OF KREMETART ONE DAY STAGE RACE 2023

In consultation with local authorities and in light of recent developments related to road works on the cycling route, has made the difficult decision to postpone The Kremetart, which was originally scheduled to take place on 10th of June 2023.

Much needed resurfacing of The Kremetart Route (let call it our soon to be raceway) is underway, which we are extremely grateful for. The conditions of the road works have created an unsafe cycling route for the riders, making it impossible for us to guarantee the safety of all participants. As a cycling race organizer, our priority is the safety and health of our riders, staff, volunteers, and the wider community. With the current situation, we believe that postponing the race is the best decision for everyone involved.

We understand that this news will be disappointing for many, including the riders who have been training hard for this race and the everybody who were eagerly looking forward to it. However, we hope all understand that this decision was made with their safety and well-being in mind. Over and above that it will give you that extra time to prepare, and let’s face it we all know that roadies always needs more time to prepare and to get that extra mileage in. let’s not forget that you will now keep that winter weight down.

We are pleased to announce that the new date for The Kremetart is 9 September 2023. We are actively working with the relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for a successful and safe race.

We remain committed to delivering an exciting and safe cycling race experience for everyone involved. We would like to thank all of our riders, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and fans for their understanding and continued support during these challenging times.
