π€You read the question asking if you love yourself and the body you are in, right?
You skipped the post because it hit straight home -
π the journey is hard when you are your worst critic!
We wake up and see parts that nobody else gets to see - new stretch mark - a little tighter jeans - all the spots on your skin before the concealer goes on - the loose skin from losing weight -
Fat - Skinny - Perfect
We all have our body image problems and we need to stop and talk about it π
Are you loving yourself?
Are you loving the body you are in?
How do you feel about your body?
We are all stressed out - Here are 5 simple tips to get yourself back to taking care of yourself π₯°
1 - Eat nourishing food. Skip the queue to fast food and start enjoying Rainbow Foods. Try to eat one of each colour daily. Your body will love you for it.
2 - We all have a go-to feel-good song (If you don't - find oneπ€)
Music is amazing - it releases all your feel-good hormones and is an effortless way to get out of your mental mess and onto a good thought pattern.
3 - Stimulate your senses with some Essential oils in your workspace. Lavender and Vanilla are some great options. We all know how good we feel when we smell freshly baked bread, right? So, use your nose to relax and feel refreshed.
4 - Spend time in nature. If you are stuck in an office - get a high-quality nature wallpaper and look at it every time you take a break and before starting a new task. After work, take off your shoes and go stand on some ground/grass, close your eyes, and imagine that you are standing in a forest.
5 - Take time and care for yourself. Time for a haircut - book that appointment. Haven't spoken to a good friend - phone them. Haven't had a moment to just breathe - stop everything and just breathe.
"You can not give what you do not have'' Start taking care of yourself and you will soon be able to care for those around you too.
How about this?
Do all things you DON'T want to fast - then what you love for as long as you can.
Are you struggling to prioritize the things you love?
Do you want to live a healthy, active lifestyle for as long as possible?
DM to book your FREE 30min Call with coach Charles and take action to love living your life for as long as you can π₯³

Goal - Freefall body position
*1 weight added to normal weight (+- 1kg) - Neutral buoyancy at 5m allows freefall to start from +-6.5m
*freefall from 6.5m to 15m allows to work on body position without diving deep depths multiple times.
*1 dive was freefall from 6.5m to 20m - this was to simulate the freefall that will be done on her 30m dive [freefall from 16m to 30m]

Our Story
RAID Freedive Centre
We are a freedive centre based in Johannesburg that started in 2016
I am Charles Muller and my passion for freediving started after my first scuba course in 2009 in Sodwana Bay where I wanted to dive down on my own without all the bulky scuba equipment, the sport was very new back then and I could not find an instructor to do a course with so I continued to progress in scuba
Forward to 2013 I was in Koh Tao Thailand where I qualified as a scuba instructor and on the island there was a freedive shop Blue Immersion, one of my friends joined me on the first course to 20m deep and it was a great experience...
From the first course my passion grew bigger, later that year I finished my 2nd course to 30m and after that I was back in South Africa where there was still no freediving offered where I lived
