Read between the lines....while load shedding may be dropping to Stage 2 and is supposed to be suspended at 05:00 tomorrow, the load shedding debacle is far from over! We are taking orders for inverters & batteries....BUT, we are seeing signs from our suppliers that stocks are dwindling. They are indicating to us that new stock may be only be available from the middle of December 2021, but being year-end & the shut-down for most of our suppliers, we fully expect to only see stock being available again from middle January 2022. E4Electrical Knysna has installed a UV-C Tube above our sales counter. This we use to sterilize the sales area overninght, gets switched on as we leave at the end of the day and switched off again the next morning when we arrive in the shop.

UV-C germicidal ultraviolet light, reduces the person to person transmission of viruses through the air, killing the viruses while they are in the air as well as on surfaces exposed to the UV-C light rays.

While you can't use UV-C rays to replace hand sanitizer to sanitize your hands, you can use a UV-C lamp or bulb to effectively kill bacteria, mold and viruses on surfaces in the air.

These are available in 2 different tube lengths to suit different size rooms/areas. We can also order portable ones. ANNOUNCEMENT: - Alert Level 3 NEW TRADING HOURS - E4Electrical Knysna will adjust our trading hours from 1st June 2020 as follows: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12pm. We are "fully open" with some access control features in place, only 4 customers may be inside the shop at any given time, hand sanitisers are placed at the counter for every customer to use, plexiglass screens are in place, social distance markers are indicating waiting spots and all staff are issued with face masks and/or face shield. We also regularly disinfect the counter-tops, credit card machines and other surfaces and we make use of a Germicidal Tube for short periods during the day to further sterilize the counter area. We respectfully request that all our valued customers adhere to the protocols and wear face masks when inside the shop. Thank you.
