Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- The ideal candidate should be able to work from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and live close to our offices in Glenhazel.
- The candidate should also be very comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Primary
• Open and Close offices Monday to Friday
• Manage day to day needs of the office
• Provide administrative support to the sales function - produce quotes and proposals
• Vendor management - place purchase orders and get quotes
• Stock management
• Form relationships with all customers and suppliers
• Maintain customer database
Secondary

• 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
• Will be required to travel to clients for on-site support.
• Deal with all escalations/ issues that could not be resolved by remote and onsite consultants.
• Identify hardware and software issues and propose solutions.
• Manage projects as and when assigned as a resource by the Service Desk Manager
• Assist with project quotes and planning.

• Read and comprehend each SLA for all clients.
• Read and comprehend the Service Desk Procedure Manual and all company Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Provides second-tier support to end users for personal computer(s), server(s), applications, or hardware.
• Interact with 3rd party software, or service providers on behalf of customers to resolve issues. Examples: Microsoft support or Sage Pastel Support.
• Recommend upgrades to user computers to ease user difficulties with computers.
• Assist 1st tier technicians with support tickets that they need to escalate.
• Provide and document policies and procedures for Tier 2 team to follow. Please see “Service Desk Procedure Manual” for Tier descriptions
• Notify Service Desk Manager and Account Managers of critical issues on the client’s side to help manage the problem from a technical and relationship side.
• Keep all tickets and job cards up to date daily and follow up with clients on matters that they are not responding to.
• Documentation and update of daily tasks to ensure an up to date & accurate Handover Document is handy at all times.
