Today's hand over went to a facility which houses AIDS patients, both mothers and children. It was scenes of absolute joy and appreciation after receiving these beautiful blankets and beanies.

Thank you 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day (South Africa) for helping us change so many lives by providing comfort and warmth to these special souls ❤️

We also managed to provide some desperately needed food items thanks to a friend. We salute you Mike.

** One SMALL Act of Kindness **

When we heard about a 3 week old baby who had been neglected and taken into the care of Kelly Anne from One SMALL Act of Kindness yesterday, we offered to assist. Today we delivered some beautiful items and also special gift bags for all the other children in the home. This baby now has a new lease on life under Kelly's protection. Thank you Kelly and your lovely staff for everything you do. ❤️

** 🔺URGENT REQUEST🔺 **

We are currently assisting a facility which houses +-70 adult woman & +-50 children (babies included) who have been effected by the AIDS virus in some way. They receive no funding and have no sponsors. My assesment and discussion on site revealed a desperate need for very basics. When I asked for a list I received this humble request (the need is far greater).

"some baby clothes and adult, Meal Mealie,Rice, Fish oil, vegetables, toiletries and cleaning stuff"

Please help us to provide for these woman & children who are suffering on all levels. 🙏

** Knit for GBV OFF TO A FLYING START **

Today we received 100 blankets and a box full of beanies from 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day (South Africa) We are extremely grateful for this amazing organisation and for each one of the people who knitted these beautiful blankets which will bring comfort and warmth to many this winter ❤️

These blankets will be going to an orphanage in Hillbrow, Johannesburg where there are 86 children (mostly under 6years of age) who currently do not have any blankets to keep them warm.

** HELP NEEDED FOR Jason's Angels **

Even though we have managed to achieve the below by Gods grace. We have never been one of the fortunate ones to receive funding or support from Government, Retailers or Corporates. We have had so many people lie to us and create expectations of support. Even pastors sitting in our own lounge doing the same and many others on this page. Very sad because how do you lie to a charity?
We need help. We have no funds to pay our transport costs to fetch and deliver donations, I cannot take GBV victims to court or fetch them from abusive homes to go to shelters, our internet will be cut off in 2 days. We at a bad place right now and need help. We have no more personal funds for this work as it was all poured into feeding and helping others which I would do all over again as it's been a blessing changing and saving lives but the time has come where we need to either secure ongoing support or throw in the "towel" which sadly will effect thousands.

Another feeding scheme assisted by Jason's Angels. Please take note that 95% of the meals served go to children. We need to increase the number of children we feed daily urgently. Please help us. We have not one grain of rice in stock with many mouths to feed. We receive no funding from Government, Corporate or interest from Retail. Our personal funds are depleted. We cannot do this without your help.

My visit today was to SPARROW VILLAGE. A place of hope and caring for children and adults suffering the effects of HIV / AIDS. There is +- 50 children and 70 adults. Yet another facility not receiving funding or support from Government or Corporates. We managed to assist with Food, Clothing, Party packs for the children, Teddy bears, Blankets and some facial products for the staff.

We will support this facility moving forward and appeal to all of you for assistance for further donations as we haven't scratched the surface of what's needed here. Please help.

I personally vouch for this organisation. They are the leaders in Child Care Services in South Africa and have saved 1000's of children from Trafficking, Abuse and Kidnapping.
