Concept versus Process. Trust the process. Sethlal Builders Pty Ltd. Cape Town Project 2025.
I was summoned to assess a geyser that was tripping the power.
Upon testing the thermostat and element, everything seemed to be in working order until I drained the geyser and discovered that the valves were clogged due to rust accumulation inside.
Essentially, the geyser posed a significant safety risk and threatened to explode

The pool was too deep Lets Raise the Floor little bit,
Disclaimer, it was already done that way the engineer miscalculated the NGL (Natural Ground Level) So they raised Ground Storey Level and left the Pool
