Now that they've failed to distrust you and you are finally up there at the top, they open pages of your past failures and weaknesses to make themselves feel better. But all that doesn't mean anything to you anymore because it all led you to right where you've always wanted to be, and now you're far better than you used to be.


Pumping iron at the big guys gym in the city. I belong here too💪🏋💯.


Excuses and complaints won't make your life any better. Giving in is not an option, fight till you die.

I think the most devastating part is that you have to work on yourself day in and day out and if you don't, you're definitely going down and it's going to be even more painful.


I survived a full body workout after a long time, now I feel like super human 😂💪🏋💯.

I shared these pictures at least once on social media, I thought they were not good.


I miss bulking up😪, I ate as many times as I wanted. I'd stop eating when the food is finished. When I looked in the mirror, I saw a beast, and when walking in the public I felt like I'm super human.


I don't know much about supplements, but what I can advise you to do is to build strength first, get used to lifting weights and doing exercises properly, then you can try supplements so that the nutrients don't go to waist in your body. Your body should be able to absorb most of the nutrients you're consuming. If you have strength and you are able to perform exercises properly your gym sessions will be more effective, your body will be in need of nutrients, when you take supplements most nutrients will be absorbed by your body and less will go to waist.


I'm still working hard because I'm scared I might lose it all, I don't want to go back, there's nothing left for me there.

Biceps and triceps superset always gives you a great pump.💪💯


Muscle to mind connection, feeling all the muscle fibers stretching and resting, contracting and relaxing, trying to catch that best hit on the muscle, after the set I'm swollen, muscle burning. That's how a good session should be like, it's not just about pushing and pulling the weight, you must feel it.


I've been growing, I didn't realize that 😅.


I know I'm doing this for myself, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could clap hands for me, I'm trying really hard to be better💪🏋😇.
