Bramble Hill students and MFC started term 2 on a sweet note with an Easter Egg hunt and Lucky draw. Many students (and some teachers) hunted for their lucky numbers but Katelyn was the lucky draw winner of the awesome hamper at the end of the hunt.
Thank you to the MFC and the students for their support. May the second term be as sweet for all. Good luck! 🐰🐣🍫

His crucifixion stands as a testament to His unparalleled grace and compassion for humanity. We celebrate His glorious resurrection, demonstrating His victory over death and offering us the promise of eternal life. Let us reflect on the depth of His sacrifice and rejoice in the boundless hope found in His risen glory. May the love and mercy of the crucified and risen Jesus be ever present in our hearts and lives. Happy Easter!"

On this sacred Good Friday, may the solemnity of Christ's sacrifice deepen our appreciation for the boundless love He bestowed upon us. May His enduring presence guide us through moments of despair, offering solace and hope in times of darkness. May His sacrifice inspire us to embody compassion, forgiveness, and empathy in our interactions with others. As we reflect on the profound significance of this day, may we find renewal in our faith and strength in our commitment to live in accordance with His teachings.

The students enjoyed the fruit of their labours today after planting, watering and looking after radishes from seed to harvest.

The semi sun group had a bumper crop whilst the full sun and full shade had very cute little radishes.

Today we all enjoyed a mixed salad together with the radish being the star of the dish. Well done LS9.

Donating blood at your school's blood drive is a fantastic way to contribute to your community's health and well-being.🩸 Not only does it provide a crucial resource for those in need, but it also fosters a sense of unity and compassion among students and staff. By participating, you're directly impacting lives and potentially saving them.

Hosting a general knowledge quiz at school is a fantastic way to engage students and foster a spirit of friendly competition. ⭐
Congratulations to the winners from the upper and lower secondary levels! It's always exciting to see students showcase their knowledge and talents in such events. With the upper secondary winner hailing from the yellow house 🟨and the lower secondary winner from the blue house🟦, it's evident that both houses have some impressive minds contributing to their teams. These quizzes not only test academic knowledge but also promote teamwork, critical thinking, and sportsmanship.
Here's to many more intellectually stimulating competitions in the future!

The Bramble Interact club hosted a water point at the Outeniqua Chair Challenge (OCC) on Saturday. The students encouraged, cheered, helped and handed out water to the wheelchair participants, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Well done to all the students who gave up their Saturday morning to give back to the community.⭐
