I would like to wish you all the best for 2023!
The annual subscription fee for outside members of The George Service Clubs is due. The amount is R80 per person per annum. As an outside member you become part of the GSC family and can enjoy all the activities that we offer.
The activities for outside members include the following:
- Games (Scrabble, cards etc)
- Bingo
- Bridge
- Snooker
- Pilates / Exercise group
- Bible Study Groups
- Hairdressing (at very reasonable prices)
- Outside members can also join in various outings organised by the different complexes.
- Clothing Boutique (Pre-loved clothing)

RLR Bazaar, 5 November 2022
Thank you to each and everyone who supported the RLR Bazaar. Congratulations and thank you to the RLR residents for hosting such a successful event. It was a most enjoyable morning!



On Thursday the 28th October the GSC ladies got together for a talk on breast cancer awareness given by Sr Lawrine Zander. It was a lovely morning spent with good friends. Thank you to the George Lions for donating beautiful gifts to all the ladies. Also a special thank to Sr Zander and Adri from CANSA.

A big thank you to the Service Clubs of George for inviting our residents to the Annual Pensioners Braai. It was a wonderful day with delicious food and great company. Thank you!

A special Spring Tea was hosted for all GSC residents over the age of ninety. The Chairpersons of each complex and staff members also joined the party to celebrate with these special guests of honor.

The Company was established through the coming together of the Rotary, Lions and Round Table service clubs in George with a vision to provide accommodation for elderly persons in a retirement village. In April 1970 a Section 21 company was formed in terms of the Companies Act 1926 (subsequently replaced by Act No 71 of 2008).
