DIRECTIONS TO KWELANGA
On the N2 , Take the York St./Pacaltbsdorp off ramp (exit 431)
& drive though Pacaltsdorp towards the ocean.
If comming from York street please go straight over the highway into Pacaltsdorp and drive through, straigh...You will reach a police station where the gravel road starts.
Once on the gravel road drive straight on for 3,2 Km . Do not turn into Le Grand, its bit misleading .Continue driving straight down through the dip ☺
Kwelanga Lodge will be on your right hand side.Big gate, press the buzzer.

If you are interested in attending Kundalini yoga classes in the Garden Route, please email both Sanjeet and Mimmie to that they can liaise with each other and organise classes in your area.
Please be sure to mention the following information:
- where you currently live
- how far you are prepared to travel for classes
- which midweek day and which weekend day suits you, also, if mornings, afternoons or evenings suit you best.
The idea is to organise classes in a centralised location to suit as many people as possible, so that regular classes can be established.

I am delighted to present a special workshop - "An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation" in Wilderness!
We will practice yoga and meditate in the great outdoors of one of the Garden Route's most tranquil & peaceful locations... on the banks of the Touws River at the beautiful Ebb & Flow in the Tarentaal section, in the the serene Wilderness National Park.
NB: The workshop will not take place at the North Camp as advertised...apologies for any confusion.

You are also invited to join us after the workshop to hike the Kingfisher Trail upto the waterfall for a swim and some wildlife spotting!

What is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation?
Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Who can attend?
Anyone of any fitness level, with any bodyshape is welcome to attend. No previous yoga experience is required.
Please note that regrettably children under 12 cannot attend.

Why should you attend?
2017 is the year of "new beginnings". Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a powerful tool to bring about positive change in your life... so why not start now? The very least you will get from this is a blissful, beautiful and relaxing experience! When & Where?
On Saturday 21st January @ 9am until 11am @ the Wilderness Ebb-and-Flow Tarentaal day visitors section .

How much is it?
The investment in yourself for the yoga and meditation workshop is R50 per person.
You must also pay the daily conservation fee at the gate to gain entrance to the rest camp and have use of the facilities for the day. For South African citizens the cost is R34 per adult and R17 per child.
Please note that the hike up the Kingfisher Trail is optional and at your own expense. There is usually a SANPARKS employee manning the entrance to receive payment. I understand the entrance fee is roughly R50 per person.

What must you bring:
For the workshop please bring the following: a yoga mat or a thick blanket, a little cushion, a blanket to keep warm for Shivasana, plenty of water to drink during the workshop, herbal tea in a flask (optional), healthy snacks for afterwards (optional).
For the Kingfisher Trail hike, wear comfortable shoes, bring mosquito repellent, plenty of water, healthy snacks to enjoy at the waterfall, your camera, and a towel and bathing costume if you intend to swim!

**IMPORTANT: you may not consume alcohol, or smoke, or consume junk food at the workshop. Please be respectful of this request.

About GVS:
Kundalini yoga has made a huge impact on my life. I started practicing Kundalini yoga in 2013 after a spinal injury left me unable to practice Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga.
It immediately resonated with me and within 2 months of attending classes I noticed a number of positive changes in my life... I was better at managing my stress, I was happier and felt "lighter". My heart also seemed to open, allowing me to heal through the power of forgiveness, and learning the true meaning of unconditional love.
14 months later and not missing a single class, I was guided to become a Kundalini yoga instructor and started my studies in 2015. This was to be the most profound year in my life.
My eyes opened and I was able to see the truth in all that surrounds us.
My heart opened and I rediscovered the "the love of mankind".
My mind opened and I felt compelled to teach the world the true meaning of life, Love and humanity!
In 2016 I quit my job to becoming a Kundalini yoga instructor, and I've not looked back since .
I have dedicated his life to helping those in need to help themselves, through the mantra "find yourself within".
