Our Assistant Chefs had their practical for Module 3 this past Saturday. They made French Onion Soup and Beef and Mushroom Pie using the stock they made from their first practical. Well done to all the learners.
Well done to Lezana, on your cold food presentation, Her dishes were delicious, she prepared Roasted Summer Vegetable Quiche, English Tea Sandwiches with Egg Mayonnaise Filling and Sundried Tomato and Feta Filling, Lezana made her own Sundried Tomatoes. She also prepared beautiful Fruit skewers were made.
