Hotel School campus on the beautiful Garden Route and do your practical training in top quality establishments, either locally or abroad. NQtac will achieve its vision by developing, delivering, assessing, monitoring and reviewing training and development materials and programmes registered on the NQF to the standard and expectation of the industry, clients, ETQA and learners, and according to international standards and expectations

NQtac personnel will coach, train, mentor, motivate and asses learners to the degree of excellence specified by industry, ETQA, SAQA and City & Guilds international standards. All training and development offered will be accessible, affordable and cost effective for our clients and learners and will incorporate the local, national and sectoral goals. We believe that the development of people, especially those who have not had any previous opportunity for development, is the worthiest goal of humankind, for with development comes the confidence and independence required for future growth in the economy, improvement in the quality of life and real equality in the workplace based on excellence.

Well done to the Fancourt Professional Cookery Learners who produced delicious dishes, they made stuffed chicken breast wrapped in Bacon and beef and mushroom pie with homemade stock. All the dishes turned out great. Well done Everyone.

Fancourt Learners 1st practical in the Kitchen. They made Minestrone soup. Minestrone is a thick soup of Italian origin made with vegetables, often with the addition of pasta or rice, sometimes both. Common ingredients include beans, onions, celery, carrots, stock, croutons, and tomatoes.
