Huis Marais Heroldsbaai began with a spark of inspiration on a Sunday afternoon in 2022, as Arnand and Madri Marais stood in front of the braai. Originally planning to build a garage, they instead envisioned starting a self catering apartment. In March 2023, Huis Marais Heroldsbaai opened its doors, transforming what began as a way for Madri to step out of the typical Monday-to-Friday routine into a thriving venture and a shared passion. With plans for ongoing improvements and upgrades, the property promises an ever-evolving, warm, and welcoming escape for guests in Heroldsbaai.

Get your running shoes ready for the 5km and 9km Redberry Farm Strawberry Run! Whether you prefer running or walking, enjoy the scenic route through the strawberry and kiwi fields!🏃‍♀ 🍓

📅 Date: 26 October 2024
⏰ Time: Entry from 07:15 - Trail Run will start at 08:00 for 9km | 08:15 for 5km
💰 Cost: 5km - R 30 | 9km – R50. Entry is on the day.
All proceeds will go towards Up with Down's.

Please note this is not a timed trail run and is not accredited.
A water station will be available on both routes.
