This honey mustard sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a slight kick making it the perfect dipping sauce, marinade, basting sauce or drizzle.

We paired it with the FoodLand Kasseler Pork Chops to liven up their deep and smokey flavour.



Quick Honey Mustard Sauce

2 tbsp Farmhouse Pantry Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Farmhouse Pamtry Mustard
1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Liberty Honey
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately.

Craving a meal to warm your tummy? This pot pie comes together in no time at all and will have you serving seconds to all 😋🍗



Creamy Chicken Pot Pie

½ Onion, diced
1 cup diced Green and Red Peppers
500g Rocklands Chicken Breast Fillets, defrosted and cut into bite sized cubes
1 tbsp crushed Garlic
1 can Denny Canned Mushrooms
1 tsp Spiceman’s Aromatic Herbs
1 tbsp Six Gun Grill Spice
1 tsp Knorr Chicken Stock Granules
1 cup First Choice Full Cream Milk
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
400g VEA Foods Puff Pastry
1 FoodLand Egg
2 tbsp Water

1. Season the chicken cubes with half of the Six Gun Grill spice and aromatic herbs
2. In a heated, oiled pan, add the chicken cubes, searing them on both sides until golden and then remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Sauté the onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic in the same pan and until softened. Season with the remaining spices and chicken stock and allow to cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the cooked chicken along with its juices back into the pan, mix well to incorporate the chicken into the veggies and pour in the milk followed by the cheese, allow to simmer on medium low heat and thicken for 5 minutes.
4. Transfer the creamy chicken into an oven safe dish or cast iron skillet and top with rolled out puff pastry, feel free to get creative with the pastry and make fun patterns over the top.
5. Using a sharp knife, cut 3 slits in to the middle of the pie to allow steam to escape while baking in the oven. Beat an egg with 2 tablespoons of water to make an egg wash and brush it over the top of the puff pastry.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is cooked through and golden. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!

Looking for a warm meal that comes together in 30 minutes or less? Try our ramen bowl recipe - loaded with filling pasta noodles, succulent pork rashers, boiled eggs, juicy corn and a flavourful broth 🍜



Serves 2
Tagliatelle Pasta (4 nests)
Foodland Smoked Pork Rashers
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Sesame Oil (optional)
¼ Onion, diced
1 tbsp crushed Garlic
1 tbsp crushed Ginger
¼ tsp dried Parsley
1 tbsp Robertsons Veggie Seasoning
2 Knorrox Chicken Stock Cubes
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (or to taste)
Red Chili Flakes to taste (optional)
Pepper to taste
500ml Water, boiling hot

Toppings
Nature's Garden Sweetcorn
Spring Onion, sliced
FoodLand Eggs

Glaze
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar

1. Combine the soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to create a glaze.
2. Dice 1 rasher into small pieces and cut the 3 remaining rashers in half.
3. In a cold sauce pan add oil and the pork rashers (diced and the halved ones) and cook on medium heat, making sure to sear the rashers on both sides. Remove the halved rashers from the sauce pan and place them in a dish, coat them with the soy glaze and set aside.
4. In the same pot that still has the diced pork, add sesame oil, onion, garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
5. Dissolve the stock cube in 250ml boiling water and pour it into the pot along with parsley and veggie seasoning. Bring to a boil and pour in the remaining 250ml water. Season to taste with soy sauce, chili flakes and pepper.
6. Cook pasta according to package instructions, boil the eggs and cook the sweetcorn as desired and set aside.
7. To assemble your ramen, start with a portion of pasta noodles in a bowl, pour on a cup of broth and top with boiled egg, glazed pork rashers, sweetcorn and fresh spring onion. Enjoy!
