Normally this time of year our training would’ve been “In season training”, but all is not lost. Now, we have time to focus on endurance, strength, flexibility and technique.

Achievements 2020
9 Eden judoka, 7 from the farming community of Herold, one judoka from George and one judoka from Mossel Bay, were accepted into the Eden District Sports Academy.
Current National Ranking:
7 judoka ranked FIRST in South Africa
4 judoka ranked SECOND in South Africa
3 judoka ranked FORTH in South Africa
Total 14 judoka ranked in the top 4 in SA. 10 of these are judoka from the farming community of Herold and pupils from Franken VGK Primary School.
