• 3-5 years’ experience in conceptual and strategic brand & packaging design
• A strong portfolio across liquor, beverages, FMCG and pharmaceuticals
• An eye for detail and a brain for big-picture thinking
• Confidence working in the Adobe Creative Suite
• AI and emerging creative tools experience

This role is for someone who loves the final 10% as much as the big idea. You care about clean files, flawless rollouts, and making sure every label, stand, and menu lands exactly as intended, every time.
 
What you’ll bring:
 
• Strong layout skills and an obsessive eye for detail
• Excellent retouching skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience with artwork roll-out and mapping across ranges and variants
• Solid understanding of finished art and production processes (a bonus)
• Confidence setting up artworks for packaging and other collateral
• Comfortable working in Illustrator and InDesign
• Retouching and photoshop skills a must
• At least two work references who’ll back your brilliance
