Continuing our Women’s Month series, this week we meet Administration Manager and Executive Assistant Lynder Mabuya, whose work behind the scenes helps keep the day-to-day running of Infinitus Reporting Solutions on track.

For Lynder, doing her job well comes down to simply being someone others can rely on. From ensuring invoices are accurate and supporting clients, to resolving issues and assisting the wider team, she takes pride in the details that help the business run smoothly.

Underpinning it all is the value of integrity that Lynder embodies and brings to her role both personally and professionally, every day.

“Always work with integrity, even when no one is watching. Your reputation is built on the quality of your work, your attitude and how you treat others,” she says.

This, she adds, is a principle deeply rooted in her faith, which Lynder says guides the way she approaches both life and work, reminding her to lead with kindness and always give her best.

Away from work, she’d happily spend more time making memories with her family, growing in her faith, going to gym and learning new skills.

Continuing our Women's Month series, we're sharing the perspectives and experiences of the women who make Infinitus what it is. This week, we are pleased for you to meet Karishma Singh, our Implementation Lead.

Karishma was drawn to a career in finance because, she says, it sits at the heart of every business decision, with a story and journey behind every aspect of a business that deserves to be heard and understood.

Helping finance teams work smarter is a cornerstone of what has kept Karishma in this role, added to her love of taking complex, spreadsheet-heavy processes and finding better ways to for clients to navigate them, while ensuring people feel supported through the change.

“One of my favourite moments in any project is when a client realises just how much time and effort they've been able to save. I love seeing finance teams shift their focus from chasing numbers to providing strategic insights that help drive the business forward,” she says.

Perhaps that's what best captures Karishma, a true passion for solving complex problems and what this makes possible for people.
Away from work, Karishma is happiest learning something new, spending time in nature and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

This week, we would also love you to meet Natasha Reddy, Senior Reporting Consultant at Infinitus Reporting Solutions. Natasha is focused on helping organisations turn complex financial data into clear insights that support better business decisions.

Having started her career as an accountant, Natasha understands the pressures finance teams face firsthand. Today, she uses that experience to help clients simplify reporting, solve problems and make better use of their data.

“Technical expertise is only part of the solution,” she says. “Understanding people's challenges, listening to their needs and working collaboratively often has the greatest impact.”

For Natasha, success isn't measured only by the reports delivered, but by the confidence they give the people using them. She believes some of the most valuable skills in business are also the simplest: treating everyone with respect, building genuine relationships and sharing knowledge openly.

Away from work, Natasha is a devoted working parent who says that, if she had more time in the day, she'd spend it with her family which is an important reminder for all of us that while data may drive better decisions, it's people who remain at the heart of every one of them.

This week, we meet Sarnel Calitz, Senior Reporting Consultant at Infinitus Reporting Solutions, a role centred on helping businesses cut through complexity and uncover meaningful insight.

The one lesson that she says has shaped the way she approaches every project is to never accept a process simply because it's always been done that way, but to instead start by asking a more important question.

“I always start by asking what outcome we're trying to achieve,” she says. “Financial processes should enable better business decisions, not simply report on history.” This mindset, she says, helps her to develop solutions that are purposeful and aligned with what businesses are actually trying to accomplish.

One of the most valuable skills Sarnel has developed throughout her career is quiet observation. Rather than being the loudest voice in the room, she believes listening carefully, recognising patterns and understanding different perspectives leads to stronger decisions and better outcomes. “The best solutions come from taking the time to listen, observe and understand before acting,” she says.

That same thoughtful approach extends beyond the office. Having been with Infinitus for eight years, Rita has learned that the most rewarding part of her work begins and ends with relationships.

Rita spends her days helping finance teams navigate reporting challenges, solve complex problems and unlock greater value from Finnivo. As Support Lead, she believes that every support request represents a person under pressure. “We don't see them as clients. We see them as colleagues,” she says. “We know the people sitting behind those deadlines and those desks.”

What continues to motivate Rita is knowing that her work makes life a little easier for the people she supports. Every client has unique challenges, and she enjoys building lasting relationships while finding practical solutions that help them get the most from Finnivo.

"No two days are the same, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about my role. Every conversation brings a new perspective, and it's incredibly rewarding to know that the work we do gives our clients more time to focus on what matters most. Seeing the trust we've built with our clients and knowing we've made a positive difference is what keeps me motivated."

Today, we feature Sadhna Gopi (CGMA), Client Services Lead, a finance professional who never actually planned to be one.

Having never set out to pursue the career she’s in, it was almost fate that Sadhna found her way to us. Years ago, she applied for what she thought was a receptionist role, hoping to fund an economics degree. Instead, her employer registered her for articles (a term she admits she never even heard before at that time), and with no accountants in her circle and an IT/information management degree already behind her, she simply decided to “go along with it”.

What kept her there was people and problem‑solving. “I can't do routine. I get too bored! And I can't sit behind a desk and I can't not talk to people,” she says. “What I love about what I do is that I get to engage with so many people. It's almost like you're working for a different company every day.”

Almost nine years into her journey at Infinitus, Sadhna leads client services, working alongside the support and implementation leads of Finnivo. Her days are spent listening deeply to clients, unpacking complexity and translating it into streamlined, automated reporting that actually works for the people who use it.

Her story is a reminder that careers don’t have to be perfectly planned to lead to powerful, high‑impact work in fintech.
