Daily exercise is a healthy habit and is vital for mental and physical well-being. It can be difficult to adopt healthy habits. Many people wish they were in better health. We recognize that exercise is a good way to stay healthy. It sometimes seems that people do not have the drive to do the work necessary to sustain a change.
Here are a few ways in which you can stay on top of your game and stick to your program:
1. A motivated partner can encourage you to attend the gym regularly.
2. Make it fun for yourself by listening to feel-good music or watch your favorite series while doing some cardio!
3. Track how often you exercise and how often you train certain areas of your body.
4. Mix up your program! Do one program for a few weeks and then change it! You don't want to get bored.
5. Do not be discouraged if you do not see immediate results/progress. Rome was not built in a day. Keep pushing and you WILL get there!
