Turns out my baking powder seal was left unpressed, so it wasn’t fully active 😩

We learn as we go in the kitchen!

Beef Curry Recipe

Oil
Breyani Mix
Ginger & Garlic
Onions
Saute until onions are cooked.

Curry Powder ( I use Gorimas)
Cook for 5 mins

Blended tomatoes with curry leaves
Tomatoe
Cook this base.

Beef- cooked for 10-15 minutes.
Add water with egg yellow powder.

Potatoes( Optional)
Corriander
Thyme
Mint
Balance Seasoning
