Qualification

Manage the induction and joining process of new staff.
Issuing of employee contracts
Experience in UI19 form completions / Department of Labour documentation
Return of Earnings Submissions
WSP submissions.
Explaining Policies and procedures.
Familiar with disciplinary processes.
Capturing of disciplinary process on system
Handle health, safety and IOD processes and queries.
Attend to Department of Labour inspections.
Accurate Record keeping on file and using systems provided
Issue provident fund forms and Process provident fund information and withdrawals
Provide reports to management weekly
Liaise with payroll adhoc
Recording leave and absence
Manage leave administration process (Including Annual, Maternity etc).
Issue the relevant documentation to Employees and filter to Payroll
Distribute / disseminate policies and convey related to communication
Assist in channelled HR administration-related queries from employees
Biometrics management of system
time and attendance reports from biometrics system
On boarding and off-boarding information packs retention.
Employment equity
Workman's compensation
Dealing with training centers and trainees
On boarding and off boarding of trainees.
Liaising with training schools and centre
Knowledge of BEE processes, Liquor and Business Licenses.
