Wimpie from caravan movers was here to install the mover. He showed me exactly where the mover will be before starting with the installation. I asked him if it is possible to install the mover a bit higher and he explained why it is not possible. He then told me about the auto version which can be installed higher and that it will be more expensive and that they dont have stock at the moment. I decided to wait for the stock and pay the higher price, feeling bad that he now did this trip for nothing.

I write this mail to you because I am very happy with the way I was treated by Wimpie and the "customer comes first" attitude. He could just as well have proceed with installing the mover because that was the arrangement. To have people like this installing your product must be a huge advantage for you because there is no doubt in my mind about what I will recommend if anybody ever asked me about what mover to install and by whom.

My Caravan Mover is installed and tested! The installation is very easy as the whole machinery is precisely manufactured to fit the Alco chassis exactly.

Now it is a pleasure to maneuver the caravan into its parking bay. The mover is powerful and pushes the van up a fairly steep driveway and prevents rolling back!
We can enjoy caravaning again without risky maneuvers an a lot if back ache!

I did make a minute little change to the electric by fitting a switch and a LED indicator to interrupt the control voltage to the remote receiver and a green LED to indicate "ready". This circuit as safely fused in the relays unit. The Relays-Box should be fitted on a wall with the fuse breaker vertical (as per MCB specifications) for reliable operation of the fuse breaker (MCB).

Generally I am very impressed by the extremely sturdy and well well designed machinery.
