The Gate house is air conditioned with 1 to 1 inverter splits. The large roof captures the rainwater for harvesting to flush toilets and provide irrigation.
The Parc appartments are air conditioned with free joint multi splits minimizing the required plant space. Hot water is generated with air to water heat pumps. All waste drainage is a welded system cast into the slab allowing smaller ceiling volumes resulting in higher, modern ceilings.

The Sports Facility is air conditioned with a high energy efficiency variable refrigerant volume system coupled to multiple indoor concealed splits or cassettes, reducing electrical consumption and bulk infrastructure.
