Top cake is a dummy cake and the bottom layer is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse shaped to be a wood log for the books to stand on.

So I got a call from a family friend, Shanel asking me if I could create a porridge bucket cake with prayer goods for her brother bear Teeno. I accepted this challenge although due to the fact we also did prayers over the weekend I kinda took the easy route in making a straight bucket.
The fruits where made out of Marzipan.

So this was my first attempt to make a ball cake for one of my best friends grandmum.

It was a vanilla sponge filled with cream and Turkish delight in between each layer, with Turkish delight flavoured cream.
