The difference is rarely the topic.

Many years ago, I wrote an article for HR Future where I explained why effective learning must engage not only the mind, but also the 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 (𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬) of participants. When people connect emotionally with the learning experience, they are far more likely to remember it and apply it.
