Join with Rosa for a unique Mother's Day Yoga Workshop designed to deepen your bond with your mother through pair work, breathing and meditation, while also finding your own inner calm.
During this two-hour session, you and your mother will explore the practice of yoga in a new light, working together in pairwork to sync your movements and deepen your connection. No experience is necessary – just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore, and most importantly - to have fun!
