Earl Albert Mentor is the South African Affiliate Coordinator for PeaceJam and have been actively involved in the social and personal development industry for the past 18+ years.
Earl Mentor have been amplifying the work and legacy of 14 Nobel Peace Prize Winners, helping communities explore issues of peace and violence, identity and difference, overcoming stereotypes, community inclusion and becoming an ally under the auspices of his life coaching and peacebuilding companies.
Facilitating racial equity workshops and seminars, breaking down of cultural barriers, and giving young adults residing within marginalized communities in South Africa the tools they need to create positive change in themselves and their communities have been his lifelong mission.
This project highlight the need to disrupt the narrative of so-called coloured people residing within marginalized communities in South Africa.

Despite the community of Ocean View having been plagued by poverty, unemployment and despair for many years, and following the recent crisis brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic + steep food and fuel prices. These adverse conditions have placed severe pressure on our beloved community that are already struggling to meet their basic household needs.
Amidst this turmoil a powerful initiative was born, called the Ocean View Organic Farm - coordinated by 5 powerful and resilient women leaders, our community now has the ability to grow food of good quality in a socially acceptable way.
