Fibre twitch muscle 🔥

As a sprinter it is vital that you perform specific types of workouts in the gym.

It's been a year since I joined the gym and one mistake that I made. I mistaken powerlifting or bodybuilding for sprint workouts which in turn jeopardized my performance on the track🏃😨

It is imperative to perform the workouts that is required for your specific goal depending on what you want to achieve.

With that being said if you are a sprinter, focus on building and firing those fibre twitch muscles🦵🏽💥

ONE OF OR THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF SPRINTING IS UR CORE.

WITHOUT A STRONG CORE , SPRINTING BECOME INVERTIBLE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO PERFOM

Benefits of Cable Curls

Stabilizing muscles come into play in the shoulder and upper back—namely, the anterior deltoid, trapezius, and levator scapulae.

Wrist flexors are used as well. Having strong biceps makes daily life a little easier.

Biceps cable curls are effective at boosting biceps brachii strength and size.

The PULL "OUT"
I MEAN "UP"🤪

The pullup is one of the most effective exercises for strengthening the back muscles. Pullups work the following muscles of the back:

Latissimus dorsi: largest upper back muscle that runs from the mid-back to under the armpit and shoulder blade

Trapezius: located from your neck out to both shoulders💪🏽

Thoracic erector spinae: the three muscles that run along your thoracic spine🔥

Infraspinatus: assists with shoulder extension and is located on the shoulder blade🔪

Wanna well developed back and shoulders 💪🏽
Alternative pulls all does the TRICK

Most of the time , I prefer to start with the traditional pull, just to activate the back and shoulders muscle

Before I find my workout, I always add this last workout as the last remedy for the recipe 🔥🌹
