Moegamat Fadiel Moosa better known as “Ollie” joined Dynamos in the early 1970’s at around the age of about 23 years old. Ollie was the second oldest of 3 brothers. Both his other brothers also played for Dynamos. His late brother, Sulaiman “Boetie”was the eldest, and Shafiek “Fikie” was the youngest. They all played in the outfield.

Ollie was a prolific outfielder and the most talented of the three brothers. He played regularly in Dynamos A side since joining the club. Not only was he great in the outfield, but he was an outstanding batter and home run hitter. A big hitter that Dynamos could depend on when called upon. He was a dedicated team player and club member for both the seniors and at junior levels.

He has played for no other club than Dynamos until unification when Dynamos and Wolves decided to amalgamate and form Athlone A’s in 1991.

Ollie also represented Cape and District as an outfielder. Since the amalgamation of Wolves and Dynamos, Ollie has served the club in every capacity you could possibly think of.

* The early years as Major League coach, reserve team, u16, and finally ended his coaching with the u18 team .

* Coached SA baseball teams and our WP teams. Also, doing umpire duties.

* Serving from 1991 to present - as Vice Chairman and currently on the WC executive.
