Here are some helpful tips for a healthy overall wellbeing:
1. Make time for yourself each week to practice relaxation techniques, such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing.
2. Challenge yourself to try something new each week, such as a new hobby or activity.
3. Make an effort to engage in physical activities such as walking, jogging, or biking
4. Incorporate healthy foods into your diet
5. Prioritize getting enough sleep each night, aiming for 7-8 hours per night.
6. Seek out positive and uplifting people to connect with and spend time with
7. Find a mental health professional to talk to if needed
8. Write down three things you are grateful for each day
