Birthday celebration function done over the weekend. Lamb on the spit, chickens on the braai served with Paptert and salads.

Another successful function (decor and food) done for 290 people. We received a lot of complements during the evening.
Starters - Creamy Butternut Soup and ciabatta bread.
Mains - Lamb, Oxtail, Creamy Chicken and Vegetarian Potjiekos served with salads, samp, rice and pap.
Dessert - Malva and custards

Starter: Kartoffelsuppe (Potato soup) assorted breads and liver Patee.
Mains: Gammon,pork belly, pork neck on the spit baby potatoes and pickled onions.
Sauerkraut, sweet mustard and two salads
Dessert: Koeksisters and coffee.
