I love strings. Hearing beautiful movement behind a poignant melody always seem to lift me out my seat. It’s something I chased for many years. Slow and subtle. Finding deep value in the inner movement of chords and sweeping the limited range of the ‘ukulele to feel like a balanced string section. It will always be a gate to my heart ❤️

I’ve been trying to be a bit freer with ideas and roam the countryside searching for beautiful moments instead of trying to manufacture them. There is something in that posture that takes the pressure away from personal machinations and brings a deeper presence and awareness. Things truly only happen once. Its potency left up to us.

So I hope you enjoy listening to some of the searching. All the wisdom of the world already exists. Gonna have some fun trying to find it 🎶

Sometimes it’s so easy to put the cart in front of the horse. Running around and living at our limits everything seems to abstract and and our actions become rote. Isn’t it safer to objectify everything? What is not expendable and cant just be replaced?

Last night I read a letter that my Grandmother wrote years ago to an estranged member of our family. Of which she outpoured the love she had for her Grandchildren. It seemed so honest and poignant. A plea to see how lucky we are to have eachother.

I wept.
I smiled.
I laughed.

So in reflection I hope that you find what’s important to you and embrace it. Life has an interesting way of moving forward. Which makes the view looking back that much more beauitful 🌸
