Effective July 15th, 2020 the DeSoto License Office will be returning to normal business operation. This means we will be assisting the public via walk-in services. We will be reimplementing the virtual queuing system, Qless, effective that date as well. To save time, you can download this application via your smartphone. This gives our customers the capability to sign into the kiosk remotely and wait from home or wherever they please! If you do not have a smartphone, you can sign into the kiosk in our lobby. If you arrive to the office at a period of high volume, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle as we are still attempting to social distance within our office. Our Office is re-opening on May 18th. We will be re-opening with abbreviated hours. Monday-Friday our hours are 8:30am-12:30pm. We will be closed on Saturdays. Requirements when booking appointments:
1. If you have multiple transactions you must book multiple appointments.
2. You must have proof of your appointment.
3. Five minutes before your appointment come to the door & wait for a greeter.
4. You must wear a facial mask/covering in the Office.

A few things to know before booking your appointment.
1. You will be required to wear a facial mask/covering when entering the building. It must remain on the entire time you are in the building.
2. You will be greeted at the Front Door of the Furniture Store. The greeter will either tell you to go in, wait outside or wait in your vehicle. Please remember to follow Social Distancing when standing outside or inside the lobby.
3. If you book an appointment, we are allowing only one transaction per time slot. So if you have multiple transactions to be done, you must book multiple appointments.
If there are any new updates to the CDC's Guidelines, we will update and adjust our polices. Please be patient as we re-open and adjust to this new style of working.
