Our published research shows that the way forward to address 's transport woes is an underground metro, with a single metro line connecting the most populated urban centres, and with the stations located in town centres. KonceptX ltd were structural engineers for the refurbishment of this 3-storey mews house in Queensgate Conservation Area, South Kensington. Project included a basement in challenging ground conditions, and the reconfiguration of the existing loadbearing walls. Lightwells were introduced at ground floor to allow light to permeate to the basement level below.
