Exceptionally proud of the ART522 senior printmaking cohort I had the pleasure of teaching last semester. Their show just opened at , and will run until May 9 - these are some folks to watch! Congratulations on the show, and thanks to the SNAP team for helping them get the work onto the walls.

Two shows are opening very shortly!
Tomorrow, running until November 16, the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers International Printmaking Exhibition opens at Bankside Gallery, 48 Hopton St, London.

Then, from Nov. 13-16, I will have a print at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair at the Woolwich Works, Fireworks Factory, no 1 Street Royal Arsenal, London.

I sadly won't be there for the shows, but if you know anyone in the UK who likes a moody, expressive urban Caprice, send them over!

Exhibition alert: three smaller works will be appearing at Gravure en Nord from Oct. 18- Nov. 9 at the Musée du Season get de l'Estampe originale in Grave lines, France. If you go, say hello to my etchings for me!

More to follow, I'm sure, as I pore over all the summer things. I'm slow at this, it would appear!

Pictured is the absolutely beautiful portfolio I had the privilege of coordinating alongside for in April. Including the work of Jonathan Green ( ), Walter Rindone (.rindone ), Kelsey Stephenson ( ), Victoria Day ( ), Jason Everett ( ), Anna Gaby-Trotz ( ), Anthony Huang ( ), Luke Johnson ( ), Łukasz Koniuszy ( ), Heather Leier ( ), Myken McDowell, Augusto Sampaio ( ), Anna Trojanowska ( ), and Erik Waterkotte ( ), the portfolio was exhibited at the conference in Puerto Rico.

What a weekend it was at ! So many conversations, with so many engaged viewers, asking so many good questions! In the moment, I never take enough photographs. There were new faces, there were familiar faces - I saw family, folks I finished undergrad with, and some fresh little babies, even! We talked about process, mark-making, finding inspiration, sadness and anxiety, tunnels under the city, and the rich possibilities of a really good black ink! Thank you to all the people who came out and supported the fair.

I am also humbled by and grateful to the organizers (what a mammoth undertaking! Thanks Anita, Sophie, and Cate, and all the rest!) and the volunteers who show up for each day of the fair and keep the artists going. It means so much.

The edition on Hahnemuhle Copperplate of Eternity is a Convincing Myth officially sold out yesterday- the final one, an artist proof mounted to panel, is available at !

Big pieces arrived after being delayed- what a relief! Booth A88 is now looking more as originally intended. Open from 10am-7pm today- pop by for a visit at Nathan Phillips Square!
