Nothing quite like getting a pep talk from entrepreneur and marketing legend Gary Vee before my Shark Tank audition!

We were having breakfast a few tables across from each other and on his way out I walked up to say hello and to give him a bag of Bel Air Ranch.

He invited me to join him on his elevator ride down so I had 24 floors to give him the classic elevator pitch!

For Easter brunch I made soft scrambled eggs, spicy breakfast sausage and Bel Air Ranch cream cheese toast with a fruit salad consisting of sliced orange, kiwi, grapefruit and apple. Happy Easter!

Loved getting a New Year’s call from Vincent Manzo today! Here we are over the summer checking out the new Tiffany flagship store and having lunch at The Blue Box Cafe by Daniel Boulud.

Vincent is the former Display Director for Tiffany and has the best energy on the planet!!!

I have a long connection to Camp Fire beginning in 2013 when they were the first Mission Partner for WOATS Oatsnack. We provided product for their camp programs and I spoke to their campers about my entrepreneurial journey as part of our partnership.

We didn’t plan on coordinating with the red but it turned out to be perfect!

Thank you Dallas! It was a fantastic day showing Central Market customers how to use my Bel Air Ranch Perfect Turkey Brine Kit in innovative new ways.

We made dry-brined boneless skinless chicken thighs with the kit and customers went wild for it!

I also had a great call with Jake Karls of Mid-Day Squares after the event. We were planning to meet up but the Dallas traffic was showing him no mercy. Next time!
