Part 2 of Oliver Rowles' recent Ireland roadtrip took him to JJ Devereux, where he spent the day on-site with Barry Devereux and the team.

Having been a valued Prima customer since 2019, it’s fantastic to be celebrating 7 years of partnership. 🎉

Long-time users of Prima ERP and Prima Till, the team have recently taken the next step in their journey by moving to Prima GO. Since the transition, they’ve seen significant growth in their packaging range - with Barry highlighting how the integration between ERP and webstore has simplified processes and opened the door to new opportunities.

We’ll be sharing more on this soon, with a full customer success story - including impressive growth in online sales since going live. 📈

The visit itself was a valuable opportunity for Oli to get hands-on: cleansing legacy data, exploring newer features, and ensuring the system is setup for the direction the business is heading as they continue to diversify.

These are the kinds of sessions that make a difference - working closely with customers, staying proactive, and making sure technology continues to support real business growth.

A big thank you to Barry and the team for their time and continued partnership - we’re looking forward to what’s next!

A great afternoon yesterday with the teams at Data Direct, spending time onsite with Monika, Aine, Nemanja and Charlie.

The visit, led by Oliver Rowles, provided a valuable opportunity to revisit earlier conversations from the initial consultation and demonstrations of Prima ERP, and to reflect on how the system is now being used across the business a couple of months into their journey.

These sessions are always insightful. They allow us to step back with customers, review current usage, and openly discuss any questions that have emerged as adoption has progressed. It’s in these conversations that the real detail comes through - where efficiencies are being realised, and where further opportunities for optimisation can be explored.

We’d like to thank Monika, Aine, Charlie, and Nemanja for their time, openness, and hospitality during the visit - we genuinely appreciate it.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue working closely together to support ongoing adoption, answer outstanding queries, and help further unlock the value within their Prima system as the journey develops.

It's a real honour to be named the winner this year with so many brilliant businesses shortlisted for 2026 Best Workplace.

At Prima, we've worked hard to build a workplace that values our employees which helps all of our team strive to deliver more for our customers and the wider office products industry. We're incredibly proud of our team's achievements and this award is testament to that!
