It is not often I post a selfie but I wanted to share how excited I was to find a outlet in Boise, ID when I was at the . Before then, I had never shopped with Title Nine but was impressed about everything I heard about them with as a women-led company. They did not disappoint! Since giving birth my body has (obviously) changed and I found so many things here that felt comfortable and even bathing suits that felt supportive on top (a rarity for bathing suits, especially while nursing). This stairway leads to a tiny little climbing Craig in Ohio. It was my first day outside climbing since I've had my baby. I was gone for a 12 hour day and it was a lot of logistics to make sure she had milk and I could pump while also being outdoors. But I did it, and I felt a little bit like my old self. Parenthood changes you, but not completely. I love the life I built before parenthood and love the one I'm building now.

The choice hacking podcast it's one that's been in my ears lately. They talk about the psychology of choice and how marketers can use that to help people connect their brand.

I love how they talk about how storytelling gives people an emotional connection to the brand. That's what I love to do, tell tell meaningful stories that help people connect.
