PCOS does not define you â but how you rise to meet it will.
know this that itâs not easy. The fatigue, the cravings, the irregular cycles, the skin struggles, the weight battles, the emotional roller coaster,it can feel very overwhelming.
But hereâs the truth-
You are stronger than this condition.
You are more powerful than your symptoms.
And every time you choose to take care of yourself -even in small ways-you are healing!

Dear Rozalin Apu,
I seriously donât know how to thank you for what you have done for me. Ami amar life e khub depressing ekta time paar korchilam kintu Allah nije hath e amake Apnar porjonto pochai diyechey. Ami last 3 months e jebhabe amar nijer take care korechi ta niye ami abar nije ke bhalobashte shikhechi notun kore and ta shudu matro apu Apnar jonno possible hoyechey Alhaamdulillaah. I have lost 12kgs and gained my inner strength to the core. Now I have glowy skin with very little acne. My body feels light and healthy. My energy level has increased so much. I donât feel the fatigue that I used to feel before. Most importantly I suffered from insane insomnia previously, but now my sleep cycle is super regular to the point where I go to sleep at 11 and wake up by 7:30/8 am(Aita niye amar ammu khub e happyđ). Accepting, acknowledging and appreciating thyself more- ONE DAY AT A TIMEđ§đŧ
I believe in acknowledgement of efforts. Efforts to work on self, efforts to get out of bed, efforts to eat healthy, efforts to pass on through good days and bad days , efforts to do daily tasks in my routine even when I donât wish to sometimes. Accepting what I feel and how much I feel , efforts that only I know I take to process everything!
I thank myself more than anything for being the way I am because Self- Acceptance and self-acknowledgement Matters!
