Sounded a bit like the seal house at Whipsnade Zoo this morning. Both boys were barking. A drop of Breathe diluted with fractionated coconut oil and rubbed onto their chests & peace and quiet have returned. This is after 2 days of using a children's cough medicine. Note to self: go straight for the Breathe next time.

Today I had to use 2 paracetamol. A bit upset because, due to lack of planning on my part, Kim is sharing our oils at a market. This means I cannot use the Peppermint Essential Oil I usually use to stop my headache.
I get headaches maybe once or twice a month that start in my neck, normally behind my left ear. It then progresses until I feel like I have a steel band crushing my temples. I used to use 2 paracetamol and 2 ibrobrufen to give me relief - every 4 hours. These headaches can last up to 3 days & I cannot sleep, think or concentrate with them.
Now I use 2 or 3 drops of peppermint oil in my hands and rubbed on the temples, the back of my neck & then shut my eyes and take deep breaths from my cupped hands. I may have to repeat this 2 or 3 times over the next few hours depending on when I feel the effects fading.
The last 2 I had - 1 lasted about 6 hours then did not come back. The other went within 3! I think I caught that 1 sooner. Now waiting for the 4 hours to be up so I can take more paracetamol unless Kim comes back first.
