Last week I was bummed because I was sick and doing a workout would have been a HUGE mistake. Good news is I feel loads better and survived last night's workout!! Yay!

Getting started at CrossFit Panthera

🤔”How do I get started with CrossFit?”
We start everyone in our Foundations program. During your four one-on-one sessions with one of our CrossFit trainers, you’ll learn the main CrossFit movements along with various modification or scaling options to meet you at your current fitness level.
.
🤔”I don’t have to be in shape to get started?”
NO! That’s one of the biggest lies people tell themselves. You don’t have to be great to get started. But you have to START to be GREAT! We have movement variations for everyone at any level.
.
🤔”What happens after my four one-on-one sessions?”
You have the rest of the month from your first session (so if you start April 20, you have until May 19) to complete your one-on-ones and then take unlimited classes before there’s any regular membership commitment. It’s like a one-month ‘try it and see that you love it!’ commitment to yourself.
.
🤔”How do your memberships work?”
We offer monthly memberships for 13 classes/month or unlimited classes. They start at $174 and $194, respectively, with discounts for a 6- or 12-month commitment. You’ll have a better idea after Foundations if you can make it more than 3 classes a week on average.
.
🤔”How much is Foundations?”
Foundations is $249 and includes the four one-on-one sessions plus the remainder of the month to try our regular classes.
.
🤔”Why is it so expensive?!”
When you step through the door, everything is done for you when it comes to the workout itself. From the warm-up to a teaching section to a strength or skill session and the workout of the day, or WOD, our classes are all coach-led. Our coaches are demonstrating, watching, correcting, encouraging, and answering your questions every step of the way. We are not working out during class while coaching so that we can help YOU have the BEST HOUR of your day. Think of it like small group personal training.

If you’re ready to get started, we can do everything online ahead of time and get your Foundations sessions scheduled.
