Very disappointing experience. I selected to go see Ralph Whallon, MD as my new primary care physician and have a wellness check done. As I work regular business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) I was able to get an appointment for 7:00 am today. This is the same time their office opens. As I’m sitting there waiting for the doors to open I get a call advising that the doctor I was scheduled to see was out sick. Mind you their automated system confirmed my appointment several times. All the front desk person could say was I’m sorry, and would you like to reschedule. I’m going to reach out to my insurance carrier and find a new doctor as this is a horrible first impression and I don’t feel comfortable trusting my well being with such a disorganized doctors office.
