Lots of rain but we will persevere! We will STILL be playing at the Two Rivers Wildlife Park! Despite Mother Natures attacks the show must go on! 💨☔️

We had such a great time at the 110th Cape Breton Exhibition last Friday! The event had record numbers and truly had something for everyone! Hats off to the organizers and volunteers who made it possible… what a lovely night!

Thank you to everyone who made our set at BBJ one to remember! This year the weather didn’t cooperate as we all would have hoped .. but this photo shows when things are looking gloomy , huddle in a little closer to the ones around you and you can weather any storm! ❤️

Wow what a cool memory ... 14 years ago we started this band.... and what a ride it has been!

We just recently put out our 6th studio album of original songs and are working on some travel visas (TBA) tor the new year!

This first photo was taken, I believe at the Yacht Club in Sydney after our first set of shows. We booked anywhere that would have us across Canada..Starting in Banff Alberta and ending in Sydney NS. I don’t think we took home a dollar from that trip and we didn’t care..we were just happy to have made it across the finish line.

If you’ve caught a Pretty Archie show over the past few months, you’ve probably noticed a new face on stage with us. Well, we’ve noticed too.
Shane O’Handley has thrown in with the Pretty Archie boys, and we couldn’t be happier to call him one of our own.
Shane’s music has taken him around the world, sharing stages with countless artists along the way. So the fact that a world-class touring musician just happened to be living down the road still feels like one of those gifts only a place like Cape Breton can quietly hand you.
Around here, music has always been about more than the songs. It’s built one kitchen party, one long drive, one late-night tune, and one friendship at a time. Somewhere along the way, Shane stopped being the new guy and became our brother.
We’re proud to have him with us, grateful our paths crossed on this little corner of the world, and excited for all the miles—and music—that lie ahead. ❤️

Pretty Archie has been summoned to one of the fastest growing…rocking rolling festivals in the province! August 14 we will be taking our show on the road down to Big Belle Farm in Mabou for Blueberry Jam they have a tremendous lineup and we are so glad to be a part of this years production!!!
