This little guy was rescued from a life of uncertainty, homelessness, hunger, or worse. Not every story ends with a happy ending. Texas’s summer heat hits pets hard and so does the surge in unplanned litters. When we prevent accidental litters, we prevent suffering.

Since SNAP began, we have spayed and neutered a remarkable 778,147 dogs and cats. In FY2026 alone, 21,362 surgeries have already taken place… but the summer need is far from over. We need your help to stop this seasonal crisis before it grows.
