The perfect brownie…here it is… try it today and thank me later. Lol. First you have to get the Ghirardelli‘s brownie mix, mix it according to the box direction, spritz the wells of the brownie pan with the kitchen spritzer, cook 300° for 25 minutes, and let’s sit when it’s done for 10 minutes before removing. Perfect every time!

I decided to do some recipe testing tonight… I’m here to report it turned out perfect. Lol. Brownies in the mini brownie pan was a success. I mixed the brownies according to the box instruction, spray brownie pan with kitchen spritzer, use a medium scoop and scoop into each well, bake 300° for 18 to 20 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes before removing. Perfect brownies.

Another delicious kitchen renovation pool table meal…lol…all courtesy of the air fryer! My husband LOVED this one!!! And I think the Italian seasoning is a must in the recipe!!! Oh and salad is a perfect side!

STROMBOLI

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (13.8 oz. or 391 g) refrigerated classic pizza dough
Flour for dusting
¾ tsp (4 mL) Italian seasoning, divided
40 slices pepperoni (about 3 oz./90 g)
1 cup (250 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (250 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
Oil for spritzing
Optional: Pizza sauce

DIRECTIONS
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough into a 16” x 10” (40.5‑cm x 25-cm) rectangle. Sprinkle ½ tsp (2 mL) of the Italian seasoning over the dough.

Cut the dough in half widthwise. Layer the pepperoni onto the dough and sprinkle evenly with the cheeses. Starting with the short side, roll the dough into a log and press the ends to seal.

Make 5 small slits on each roll with a paring knife and sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.

Cover one Deluxe Air Fryer cooking tray with a piece of parchment paper and lightly spritz with oil. Place both strombolis (with the slits and seasoned side down) on the parchment.

Position the tray on the bottom rack. Turn the wheel to select the BAKE setting; press the wheel to select. Turn the wheel to adjust the time to 14 minutes. Press the wheel to start . Flip the strombolis over using tongs halfway through cooking (you’ll hear beeps as a reminder).

Serve with warmed pizza sauce, if desired.

Love making recipes for dinner from ! This pineapple chicken is super yummy and I get to use all the different styles of cookware offers! Which is your favorite?

Chinese Pineapple Chicken
By: Made it Ate it Love it

Breading:
3-5 chicken breast
salt and pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup canola oil

Sauce:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 clove of garlic minced

Mix-Ins:
1 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup roasted, salted cashews

Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken, trim off fat or extras and then cut into 1 inch cubes. season with salt and pepper.
2. Dip chicken into cornstarch (the easiest way is by putting the cornstarch in a ziplock and shaking the chicken in it to get it fully coated) and then into beaten eggs.
3. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook chicken until browned. Don’t overcrowd the chicken.
4. Once chicken is cooked place in a baking dish or plate.
5. Repeat steps until all chicken is cooked.
6. Then drain the oil from the pan and add the chicken back into the skillet.
7. Whisk sauce ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat until smooth.
8. Once sauce is done pour over chicken and add the diced pineapple and cashews. Cook for a minute in the skillet over medium heat or two until combined and sauce fully coats everything. Serve over sticky rice or cauliflower rice and I like to add broccoli!
