The accidental purchase part 2.
This originally 6M2 UZZ30 has had a "kiwi as" matte black paint job. It also features a fixed back bucket seat (farmers brand), sheep j**z 2000 steering wheel, some Kosei racing wheels and abflug style side skirts.
This UZZ30 was also the paddock mate of the white UZZ30 that we picked up a couple of weeks ago, they were obtained as a package deal that wasn't expected to go ahead.
It's pretty safe to say that this one probably won't see the road again unless someone wants to take on a big project.

Quick respray completed on the Safari Soarer thanks to my father. He also made a slight adjustment to the nudge bar so that we have all our radiator air flow back along with some added protection from those wild drunk Atenzas.

Still getting a little hot too quickly and needs some suspension work.

After a few months off the road, the GZ20 is running without a knock!

A few months ago an audible knock could be heard at operating temperature at idle. After a few checks, it was assumed that there was some big end bearing damage.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, we dropped the subframe and sump and confirmed the bearings were damaged, it seems that it was caught early enough that there was no damage done to the crank or rods.

Thanks to ,the reassembled the 1G-GTE seems to be running well and without added noises.
Hopefully it has a few more decades left in it!
