So this patient of mine was of 1 year had sore throat and fever jittery and irritable . She did not want me to examine her throat . Yet I have to do it even without her will because mostly viral URTI in teething patient is common now days mainly because of two reasons one is seasonal variation and other one is toddlers are mostly on teething process so they try taking everything in their mouth ….

Sometimes waht you think doesnot happen instead you are destined to choose the same thing over and over again ❤️ so be happy in what ever the face of life you are and be content in whatever is choosen for you and give your best in it ❤️🪷

Here helping u a bit about the disease first of all it’s a contagious disease 🥲 which means it spreads through the contact with affected children at schools or day care . It’s a viral infection in which you have to keep the baby hydrated and help them with anti itching lotions and painkillers 💊 to reduce its pain such as panadol brufen or tylenol etc

Symptoms: red bumpy itchy spots present on the hand foot and mouth caused by coxackie virus.

Prevention :
Keep the baby hydrated
Daily rinse the baby’s mouth with any antiseptic mouth washes
Avoid baby going to school for 7 days
