How do you breathe through tough moments😮‍💨?

For me it comes down to a couple of things.

1. Time spent with Jesus. 🙏🏾

This is the biggest one! If I’m not constantly being reminded of his grace, mercy and forgiveness, I wont show these attributes in my interactions with others and I tend to get irritated over simple things.

2) Things don’t last forever. ⏰

When I remember tomorrow these things won’t even matter, it helps me to get through it.

3) Growth possibilities 📈

I believe every situation is meant to teach and help us grow. I use to run away from problems but now I embrace the fire that comes with it knowing if I endure it (in Godly fashion) it can make me a leader and grows my character.
